As a professional CMO, I have had the opportunity to lead multiple marketing organizations on a domestic and global basis. These experiences have opened my eyes to the true power of marketing and it’s role in the organization. Previously, at my most recent company, I led the marketing of a small company to exit through acquisition. Professionally, I’ve led, mentored, and developed teams of all sizes – focused on growing revenue and meeting operational targets.
With the Marketing Advisors Group, I focus on a market previously ignored: The Business Side of Marketing. This niche is focused on the Strategy, Processes, Operations & Technology challenges that CMOs face daily. Through consulting and Fractional CMO engagements, I help them create and execute new methodologies and frameworks that increase their operational efficiency and visibility into their operation. In a little over two years, I have helped over 15 companies successfully implement these strategies and see results.
