These experiences have opened my eyes to the true power of marketing and it\u2019s role in the organization. Previously, at my most recent company, I led the marketing of a small company to exit through acquisition. Professionally, I\u2019ve led, mentored, and developed teams of all sizes \u2013 focused on growing revenue and meeting operational targets. With the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.themag.co\/\">Marketing Advisors Group<\/a>, I focus on a market previously ignored: The Business Side of Marketing. This niche is focused on the Strategy, Processes, Operations &amp; Technology challenges that CMOs face daily. Through consulting and Fractional CMO engagements, I help them create and execute new methodologies and frameworks that increase their operational efficiency and visibility into their operation.
